Mid-Stay Cleaning, for Guests Who Are Staying a While.
A full clean partway through a long stay: linens changed, fresh towels, bathrooms and kitchen done properly, and the rest of the home with them. Property managers offer it to their guests as an extra, and guests can book it with us directly.
A full clean, not a tidy-up · linens from our own facility · bookable by you or by your guest
What a Mid-Stay Clean Includes.
The short version: the same clean the property gets between guests, done while somebody is living in it. It is not a towel drop or a quick tidy.
Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces and floors. A mid-stay clean is a full clean, which is what separates it from the linen-and-towel drop most companies mean by the term.
Fresh sets come in with the crew from our own North Charleston facility, and the used ones leave with them. Nothing is washed in the property’s machines while your guest is using them.
The two rooms a cleanliness review is really written about, and the two that are hardest to keep on top of during a fortnight in a rental with a family in it.
Mid-stays are run by the crews who turn the property between guests, working to the standard they already know for that home rather than an improvised version of it.
We photograph finished turnovers because the property is empty. We do not photograph a home your guest is living in, because their belongings are in it. Anything that needs reporting is described to you instead.
Managers offer it as an extra service on longer stays. A guest who wants one outside what their manager offers can arrange it with us directly.
How a Mid-Stay Clean Is Arranged.
Either the property manager books it as part of what they offer a long-stay guest, or the guest contacts us themselves by email or phone.
Which home, which date, and the window that suits the stay rather than the one that suits our route.
They are welcome to stay. Most go out, and the clean is better for it.
Linens changed, towels replaced, bathrooms and kitchen done, and the rest with them.
Damage, something missing, or anything that needs the owner to know, reported the same day.
Managers Sell It. Guests Can Also Just Ask.
Most mid-stay cleans come through the property manager, offered as an extra service on a longer booking. You decide whether to include it in a long-stay rate or sell it as an add-on, and what to charge for it. Most managers already have both numbers worked out; we are the part that has to show up and do it.
The other route is the guest. Somebody a week into a two-week stay who would rather not spend an afternoon on the bathrooms can email or call us and book one for the property they are in. It is the only thing Fluffy does where the guest can be the one asking, and it is worth knowing the door is open.
Hotel-quality linens Fluffy owns, launders and replaces, billed per guest turn so your cost tracks occupancy. Beach and pool towel package available, and volume pricing for larger portfolios.

Inside FluffyOS →A mid-stay clean is priced for the property it happens in, the same way a turnover is: a four-bedroom beach house and a one-bedroom condo are not the same job. Tell us the property and we will quote it. We reply within one business day.

What is a mid-stay clean?
A full clean carried out partway through a guest’s stay, rather than between guests. Linens are changed, towels replaced, and bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and floors are cleaned — the whole home, with somebody still living in it. It is also called a refresh clean, or weekly housekeeping on longer bookings.
What is included in a mid-stay clean?
Everything inside the home: bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces and floors, with linens changed and fresh towels brought in. Fresh linen comes from our own North Charleston facility and the used linen leaves with the crew, so nothing goes through the property’s washer while a guest is using it.
Do guests have to leave the property?
No. Crews work around a guest who would rather stay in. We do prefer the property to be empty for the hour or two it takes, simply because a home nobody is moving around in gets cleaned and put back properly. It is a preference, not a condition.
How long does a stay have to be before it needs one?
There is no rule, and anyone who gives you a firm number is guessing at your properties. The useful question is what the stay looks like: a fortnight with a family and a beach a hundred yards away needs one far more than ten quiet nights for a couple. If you are unsure, tell us the booking pattern and we will tell you what we would do.
Can a guest book a mid-stay clean directly?
Yes. If your manager does not offer one, or you want a second, email [email protected] or call (843) 268-8511 with the property address and the day that suits you.
How is a mid-stay clean scheduled?
By email or phone today. Tell us the property and the date, and we confirm a window that fits the stay.
Do you do mid-stay cleaning for hotels?
No. Mid-stay cleaning is for rental properties. Our hotel work is housekeeping and laundry run as a department, which is a different arrangement.
Add It to What You Offer.
Tell us the properties and the kind of stays they take, and we will quote mid-stay cleaning alongside your turnovers. Guests booking for themselves are welcome to call.
