What do you launder for hotels?
Sheets, pillowcases, towels, pool towels and bathrobes, for properties of all sizes. Delicate fabrics and specific detergent preferences are handled as part of the program.
How often do you pick up and deliver?
Daily or weekly, on a schedule set to keep your par levels full. Pickup, delivery and counts are handled by Fluffy.
What is a 2-par or 3-par linen system?
Two or three complete sets of linen per room in rotation: one on the bed, one in the wash, one on the shelf. It is how a hotel is never caught short during peak-season turnovers.
How are stains and damaged linens handled?
Stains are treated before the wash rather than discovered after, and every piece is inspected and counted. Damaged or worn items are tracked and replaced as part of the service.
