Cleaning is a flat rate per turn. Linens are a flat rate per guest turn. Hotels are quoted against their room count and par levels. In every case the number is set before work starts and does not move without a conversation.

Is there a contract or a minimum?

No long-term contract. Most partners start with a no-obligation trial clean on one property and add the rest of the portfolio from there.

What does the per-turn rate include?

The full supervisor-inspected 75-point clean, hotel-style bed staging, consumables restocked to your par levels, photo-verified completion, a guest-ready confirmation before check-in, and same-day reporting of damage or missing items. Linens are added through the Linen Subscription or supplied from your own inventory.

How is the Linen Subscription billed?

Per guest turn, by property size: $35 for 1–2 bedrooms, $70 for 3–4, $105 for 5–6 and $140 for 7–8. You pay only when a booking happens. A beach and pool towel package is available, and portfolios of 25 or more properties get volume pricing.

How are hotels priced?

Housekeeping is quoted after a walkthrough against room count, occupancy pattern and public areas. Laundry is quoted against volume and pickup schedule. Both come with transparent pricing and no long-term contract.

Can I pass the cleaning cost to guests?

Yes. Because the rate is flat per turn, it is predictable and easy to pass through as a cleaning fee on Airbnb, Vrbo or your direct-booking site.
