Vacation Rental Laundry, Done Off Site.
Sheets, towels and pool towels collected, laundered through a five-step process at our own North Charleston facility, and delivered back with the crew that turns the property. Nothing washed in the property’s machines, and nothing waiting on a domestic dryer.
Our own facility, not a laundromat · delivered with the turn · daily routes across the Charleston area
What Rental Laundry Includes.
The difference between a laundry service and a laundromat is that somebody counts, inspects and tracks. Every load here does all three.
Everything a rental turns, sorted by fabric and use rather than thrown into one wash. Delicate fabrics and detergent preferences are recorded per property.
Linen arrives with the cleaning crew and the used sets leave with them, on daily routes across the Charleston area. There is no second vendor to schedule.
The property’s washer and dryer stay out of it. That matters more than it sounds: an in-unit wash costs the owner in utilities and machine wear, and it holds the turn hostage to a dryer cycle.
Linen goes missing when nobody is counting. Sets are counted at collection and delivery, so a shortfall is a number rather than a surprise on a changeover day.
Enough complete sets in rotation that a Saturday with every property turning does not depend on a wash finishing. Par is set per property, not averaged across a portfolio.
Anything grey, thin or marked is pulled and reported rather than quietly put back on a bed. If the linen is yours, you decide what to replace; if it is ours, we replace it.
The Five-Step Process.
Counted, checked, and separated by fabric and use.
Stains treated before the wash, not discovered after.
High-end chemistry dialed to each fabric type.
High-temperature finish for crisp, sanitized linens.
Wrapped, counted, and delivered on your schedule.
Two Ways to Run Rental Linens.
Most owners start by sending us their own inventory: we collect it, launder it, count it, flag what is wearing out and deliver it back with the turn. Your linen, our facility, your schedule.
The Fluffy Linen Subscription goes further. We own the inventory and replace stained or worn items free, priced per guest turn from $35, so you carry no capital, no storage and no replacement cost. It is the same laundry operation either way; the difference is whose linen is in it.
Hotel-quality linens Fluffy owns, launders and replaces, billed per guest turn so your cost tracks occupancy. Beach and pool towel package available, and volume pricing for larger portfolios.
See the Linen Subscription →Timestamped photo proof against the checklist, damage and maintenance flags the same day, linen counts and cleanliness scores tracked over time, all in your own FluffyOS portal.
Inside FluffyOS →Rental laundry is quoted against the number of properties, the bedroom mix and how often they turn. If you would rather not own linen at all, the Linen Subscription is published per guest turn by bedroom count. We reply within one business day.

Do you do laundry for Airbnb and vacation rentals?
Yes. Sheets, towels and pool towels are collected, laundered at our own North Charleston facility and delivered back with the crew that turns the property. It runs on daily routes across the Charleston area.
Why not just wash the linen at the property?
Because it costs the owner and it costs the turn. An in-unit wash runs on the owner’s water, power and machine, and a crew waiting on a domestic dryer cannot leave for the next property. It is also the most common reason linen quality drifts across a portfolio.
Do you use my linens or your own?
Either. Most owners send their own inventory and we launder, count and track it. If you would rather not own linen, the Fluffy Linen Subscription supplies it from $35 per guest turn and we replace stained or worn items free.
How is the laundry actually processed?
Through a five-step process: sort and inspect, pre-treat, wash, dry and press, fold and deliver. Linen is separated by fabric and use rather than washed as one load, and stains are treated before the wash rather than found after it.
How do you stop linen going missing?
By counting it. Sets are counted at collection and at delivery, and anything short shows up as a number rather than as a property running out on a Saturday. Worn or stained pieces are pulled and reported rather than put back into rotation.
Can you handle delicate fabrics or a specific detergent?
Yes. Fabric notes, detergent preferences and custom schedules are recorded against each property, so the crew and the plant both work to that property rather than to a default.
Do you cover properties outside Charleston?
Laundry runs on daily routes across the Charleston metro. For properties further along the coast, tell us where they are and we will tell you honestly whether the route reaches them.
