Who we are
Fluffy is a housekeeping and laundry company for short-term rentals, vacation rentals and hotels, based at 75 Port City Landing, Suite 110, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464, with a laundry facility in North Charleston. We are locally owned and not a franchise.
For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected] or call (843) 268-8511. A person will answer.
What we collect, and only when you give it
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without setting a cookie and without building a profile of you. There are no advertising pixels, no tag manager and no social tracking. We cannot tell who you are unless you tell us, and the only personal information the site receives is what you type into a form and send.

What we do with it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.

- Keep a record of the enquiry so we are not asking you the same questions twice
Who else handles it
A few services process information on our behalf in order for the website and our email to work. These are the only ones.

Cookies and what the site stores
The short version: this site sets almost nothing, and the consent banner’s own cookie is currently the only cookie on the domain.
There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Our analytics is the cookieless kind: it counts a page view without storing anything on your device and without a way to recognise you on a later visit. Fonts are served from this website rather than from Google, so loading a page does not tell anyone else you were here.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they are still useful to us as a business record, and we delete them when they are not. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require.
If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Asking what we hold, and asking us to delete it
Whatever rules apply where you live, we will do these things for anyone who asks, without charging and without making it difficult.

- Send you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or tax
- Stop contacting you
Children
This is a business-to-business service and nothing here is directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. We are not going to quietly add tracking and leave this page saying there is none.
