This Is the Portal Your Login Opens.
The Operations view: the week ahead, today's readiness, and every unit with its job type, its window and its crew. Live, not reported after the fact.
FluffyOSWeek ahead Aug 31 – Sep 6
Nuvem reads your schedule and can draft a note for you. We can’t change a clean, move crew, or send anything from here.
The Operations view, shown with demonstration data. Your portal shows your own portfolio, and nobody else's.
Nine Tabs, or One Question.
Nuvem sits inside your portal and answers in plain language, about your properties, using the same live data the screens are drawn from. No dashboard to learn, no waiting for office hours.
It answers from your schedule, your invoices, your linen, your quality log and your review history. It can also open a request with our office for you.
Not by policy. By construction. None of Nuvem’s tools accept a client name as an input; there is no field to put one in. Your identity comes from your login and nowhere else, so no question, no phrasing and no trick reaches somebody else’s portfolio.
Nuvem can read your operation and open a request with our office. It cannot cancel a clean, move a crew or change a price. Scheduling stays a conversation with people who are accountable for it.
Every answer comes from the same records the portal renders. If the data is not there, it says so rather than inventing a plausible one. That is the failure mode that makes most AI assistants unusable for operations.
Most companies bolt a chatbot onto a help page. Nuvem is wired into the operating system that actually runs your turnovers, so “is my unit ready?” is answered by the same record the crew is standing in front of.
Most Cleaning Companies Tell You a Job Is Done. We Show You the Day as It Happens.
Your bookings flow in from your PMS automatically. Every turnover is classified, scheduled, timed, photographed and priced, and every one of those facts is visible to you, in your own portal, as it happens.
A same-day flip and an ordinary departure are not the same job. FluffyOS tells them apart from your booking calendar, not from a guess, and staffs them accordingly.
Every clean is measured against your guest's arrival. If a unit won't be ready in time, it changes colour before the guest is at the door, not after.
Photos, checklists, start and stop times. When we say a unit is ready, you can see why we're saying it.
Every Clean Carries Its Own Label.
These are the actual badges in your portal. One glance tells you what the job is and how urgent it is.
Flip means a new guest checks in the same afternoon: the tightest job we run. Depart has slack. The difference drives who we send and when.
Status is measured against real deadlines, not opinion. Running late means not ready by 3 PM. Overdue means not ready by the 4 PM check-in. You see it the moment we do.
This Is What “Clean” Actually Means With Us.
Not a text message at the end of the day. A record, built as the work happens.
-
The night before
The job is scheduled and classified
Your booking feed sets the checkout. FluffyOS decides whether it's a flip or a departure and assigns the right crew for it.
-
Guests leave
You can tell us the moment they're out
One tap in your portal, departed or still holding, reaches the crew's phone directly. No phone tag, no relay that goes stale.
-
On arrival
The clock starts
The crew checks in on site. Start time recorded, access codes delivered securely to that crew for that door only.
-
During
The checklist runs, room by room
Your checklist, in the crew's own language (English, Portuguese or Spanish), with photo proof captured against the items you care about.
-
3:00 PM
The first deadline
Anything not ready turns amber in your portal. Nobody has to ask.
-
4:00 PM
Check-in
Still not ready turns red, and the office is already on it.
-
Done
Ready, with the receipts
Stop time recorded. The unit flips to ready in your portal, photos attached, and the clean lands on your invoice at the price you agreed.
Eight Tabs, and Someone to Ask.
Your own login, scoped to your properties only. Nothing to install.
Today and the week ahead. Every unit, its type, its status, who's on it, and whether it's at risk.
Your full directory: bedrooms, baths, linen counts, access notes, and the history of every clean at each door.
What you owe and why, line by line, per property and per clean. No end-of-month surprises.
What was dropped, what was picked up, what's outstanding, with date-range exports.
Pick your dates, export the record. Cleans, costs, linen and quality, ready for your books.
Message the office about a specific property or clean. Threaded, timestamped, never lost in a group chat.
How we work, what our terms mean, and what to expect, written down rather than folklore.
Your details, your properties, your onboarding progress. See exactly what's set up and what's pending.
The Two Things That Cost You Money Get Caught at the Door.
A guest's forgotten laptop and a cracked countertop have one thing in common: the person who finds them is standing in the room, holding a phone, about to clean it. That is the only moment the evidence exists.
The same two tags your crew raises are the two tags you see. Nothing is translated into a different vocabulary on the way to you.
Crews are prompted, in their own language, to shoot a found item where it lies, and damage before they clean the area. Evidence from the moment of discovery, not a reconstruction afterwards.
The unit carries the tag in your portal that day, with photos and the crew's note inside that clean's proof. Nothing waits for a Friday summary.
Dated photos, the room, a written description, and the exact clean they came from. That is the package a deposit or platform claim needs. Claims usually fail because nobody photographed it in time.
Found items are held at our office until you tell us where they go. A damage report is labelled as exactly what it is: the crew's report from the property, not a verdict from our office.
Your Guests Already Grade Our Work. We Keep the Score.
Cleanliness is rated separately from the stay. A five-star review with a three-star cleanliness line is the warning most managers never see, because nobody is reading that number on its own.
Every review is tied back to the specific turnover before that stay, and the crew who did it. A low score stops being an anecdote and becomes this unit, this date, this team.
Anything below the threshold is flagged the moment it lands, so a pattern at one door is a conversation this week rather than a discovery next quarter.
Issues our inspectors catch and issues guests report are logged the same way, so you can see how often we caught it first. That ratio is the real measure of whether inspection works.
Ask your Fluffy desk for your cleanliness report any time, or have it land in your inbox monthly.
You See Your Portfolio. You Never See Anyone Else's.
Access is enforced by the system, not by policy. Your login reaches your properties and nothing beyond them.
- Every clean at every one of your properties
- Who is assigned, when they started, when they finished
- Photo proof and completed checklists
- Your invoices, line by line
- Quality issues and guest review trends
- Linen movements and outstanding stock
- Another management company's properties, crews or rates
- Guest names and booking details, stripped from crew and portal views by role
- Door codes outside the crew assigned to that door that day
- Our internal costs and margins

The Questions Managers Ask First.
Do I get my own login to FluffyOS?
Yes. Your portal is live the day you sign, with nothing to install. It is scoped to your properties only, so you see every clean at every one of your doors and nothing belonging to anyone else.
Can I see photos of each clean?
Every turnover carries photo proof, a completed checklist, and start and stop times. Any clean can be exported as a single proof-of-service file with the photos embedded, which still opens a year later without a login.
How do I know a unit will be ready before check-in?
Status is measured against the real deadline rather than opinion. Anything not ready by 3 PM turns amber in your portal, and anything still open at the 4 PM check-in turns red, with the office already on it. You see it the moment we do.
What can Nuvem, the AI assistant, actually do?
Nuvem answers plain-language questions about your own operation, drawing on your schedule, invoices, linen, quality log and review history, and it can open a request with our office. It cannot cancel a clean, move a crew or change a price, and it answers only from portal records rather than guessing.
Could Nuvem ever show another company my properties?
No, and the reason is structural rather than a policy promise. None of Nuvem's tools accept a client name as an input, so identity comes from the login and nowhere else. No question, no phrasing and no trick reaches another portfolio.
Does FluffyOS connect to my booking system?
FluffyOS reads your booking calendar, so reservations become the cleaning schedule automatically and back-to-back bookings are caught without anyone retyping anything. It works with direct Airbnb and VRBO calendars and with the property management systems managers use most.
